Two-component rigid polyurethane systems for the insulating core of cold-room panels, sandwich panels and refrigerated truck bodies. We formulate them in Bursa, Türkiye, and adapt each one to your line and your panels.
Two groups in our rigid systems range are used for panel production. Our cold-room panel systems were developed first for cold-room panels and refrigerated truck-body panels, and are also used in industrial coolers and refrigerators. Our refrigerator systems work the other way round: they were developed first for refrigerators and industrial coolers, and are also used for panels. Both groups cover insulation thicknesses from 4 to 20 cm, bond well to the facings and fill the cavity evenly, without voids. The cold-room panel system also comes in a flame-retardant version, classified B1 in laboratory fire testing. Which group fits depends on what you make most; if one line makes both panels and appliances, tell us.
The systems run on continuous panel lines and on discontinuous press lines. For refrigerated truck bodies, you can use panels made with the cold-room panel system, or block-pour the complete box with the separate systems we make for that job. The blowing agents are ozone-friendly, from the n-pentane, HFC and HFO families, and none of our systems contain HCFC-141b. We agree the blowing agent with you so that it suits your plant's equipment and the regulations in your market. For press lines and moulds, we also make our own mould release agents in-house, both water-based and solvent-based, so you can source the release agent and the system from one supplier.
We match the system to your panel and your line rather than picking it from a catalogue. The line type, panel thickness, facing materials, the fire class your panel must reach, your foaming equipment and your market all shape the choice. From there we adapt one of our own formulations to your process, drawing on more than 700 existing formulations. For suitable projects, our technical team can visit your line and run production trials with you.
Every system has two components. Component A is the JiTPOL polyol blend, made from high-functionality polyols, catalysts and stabilisers and adapted to your process. Component B is a high-functionality polymeric MDI; the data sheet for your system names the grade to use. The systems are packed in 200 kg metal drums and 1000 kg IBC tanks and shipped from Bursa, Türkiye. We export to more than 30 countries, including Syria, Iraq, the Gulf and Central Asia.

Yes. Our cold-room panel system comes in a flame-retardant version, classified B1 in laboratory fire testing. Fire classes are usually assessed on the finished panel, so the facings and the way the panel is built count as well as the foam.
