A viscoelastic foam system is a two-component polyurethane system that produces memory foam: a slow-recovery foam that conforms to body contours, spreads body weight evenly and reduces pressure points. JITVISCO is the JiTPOL visco family. Component A is a polyol blend containing polyol, catalyst, stabilizer and special additives; component B is a JITIZO isocyanate, a prepolymer based on monomeric MDI. As a polyurethane system house we supply the two components as a matched system, made to work together. Depending on the formulation, the result ranges from semi-flexible to highly flexible viscoelastic foam, produced at the elasticity, hardness and density the product calls for.
JITVISCO is formulated specifically for producing viscoelastic mattresses, pillows, home textiles and medical products. In bedding, that means full-core memory mattresses, topper layers on standard foam and layered comfort systems that combine visco with other foams, along with pillow and topper manufacturing. In medical and orthopedic products, it covers hospital mattresses, wheelchair cushions and medical seat cushions, products where spreading body weight evenly and reducing pressure points is the reason for choosing visco. The same slow-recovery comfort is used in ergonomic office seating and automotive headrests. Finished products made with the system can be vacuum-packed.
Choosing a visco system starts with the product rather than the chemistry. A pillow, a topper layer and a hospital mattress need different elasticity, hardness and density, and that target has to be set before the formulation is. JITVISCO is supplied as two components: a JiTPOL blended polyol (component A) with the catalyst, stabilizer and special additives already in it, and a matched JITIZO isocyanate (component B), a prepolymer based on monomeric MDI. Instead of sourcing memory foam chemicals one by one, you receive one system whose two sides were formulated together. Delivery is in 200 kg metal drums, and the formulation is adapted to your product and process.
Processing a two-component system means metering and mixing the polyol blend with the JITIZO isocyanate in your equipment; the reaction between them forms the viscoelastic foam. The catalysts and stabilizers that steer that reaction arrive already in the polyol blend, so your line works with two streams rather than dosing additives separately. Mix ratio and reaction profile are set for your machine and product, and processing conditions for your line are agreed with the quote.

Yes. Products made with our visco system can be vacuum-packed after production. If compressed packing is part of how you ship, mention it in your request together with the product type and thickness, so it is taken into account when the formulation is adapted to your line.
