Two-component spray systems applied with high or low pressure equipment for seamless thermal insulation and waterproofing. Fast-reacting formulations adhere to complex geometries and vertical surfaces.
A spray polyurethane system is processed where it will be used: on the roof, the wall, the tank or the foundation, rather than in a mould or on a panel line. As a polyurethane system house in Bursa, JiTPOL supplies each spray system as two matched components: the JiTPOL blend as component A and its matching isocyanate as component B. High-pressure or low-pressure equipment meters the two components, they meet at the spray gun, and the fast-reacting mixture adheres to vertical surfaces and complex geometries. The family has two main sides: spray foam that forms a seamless thermal insulation layer, and polyurea that forms a seamless waterproofing layer.
On roofs and flat roofs, spray foam goes down as one continuous insulation layer, without the joints that board insulation leaves between sheets. The same approach serves building envelope insulation on walls and facades, and cold storage construction, where walls and ceilings are insulated on site. Polyurethane foams are used for sound insulation as well as heat. Where water is the problem, polyurea takes over: for waterproofing work in general and for underground waterproofing of below-grade structures. Spray systems are also used to coat industrial tanks and pipes, because the fast-reacting material adheres to curved surfaces and complex geometries.
Three questions decide which spray system fits. The first is the job: an insulation layer calls for spray foam, a waterproofing layer for polyurea, and the two are formulated differently. The second is the equipment: our systems are matched to high-pressure or low-pressure machines, so we need to know what you run. The third is the surface and the site: vertical walls, pipework and tank shells need a reactivity that holds the material in place, and substrate and site conditions shape that choice. A portfolio of more than 700 formulations gives us a wide starting point for a custom polyurethane formulation. For suitable projects, our technical team can also visit your line and run production trials with you.
Every spray system is supplied as two matched components. Component A is the JiTPOL blend, a polyol blend in the foam systems; component B is the isocyanate matched to it. The pair is supplied and adjusted as one system for your equipment and application. We prepare the quote around your application and monthly quantity. JiTPOL is ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.
Spray systems are applied on site with high-pressure or low-pressure spray equipment. The machine meters components A and B, the two mix at the gun and react quickly on the surface, building a continuous, joint-free layer on vertical faces and complex geometry. Foam goes where insulation is needed, polyurea where a waterproof layer is needed, and the range also covers polyurethane injection work. Tell us your equipment and substrate so the reactivity suits your site.
Both are two-component systems sprayed on site, but they do different jobs. Spray polyurethane foam expands into a cellular layer and is used for thermal insulation on roofs, building envelopes and cold storage structures. Polyurea forms a seamless waterproofing layer and is used for waterproofing and underground work. Tell us whether your job is insulation, waterproofing or both, and we will match the system to it.
Yes. Our spray systems are applied with both high-pressure and low-pressure equipment, and the formulation is matched to the machine it will run on. When you request a quote, tell us the equipment you use, the application and the surfaces you spray, so the system we propose suits your setup.
Yes. JiTPOL is a polyurethane system house: we formulate the JiTPOL blend ourselves and supply it with its matching isocyanate as one system, and we work from a portfolio of more than 700 formulations. That lets us adjust a spray system to the job, whether it is roof insulation, a building envelope, tank and pipe coating or underground waterproofing, instead of offering one fixed product.
We do not publish technical data sheets online. Datasheets are provided on request through the quote form, for the system matched to your application. In the form, tell us your equipment, the surfaces you spray and your expected monthly quantity, and our team replies within 24 hours.
We quote the system itself, based on your application and your expected monthly quantity. The cost per square metre on site then depends mainly on the thickness applied and the surface being sprayed, which are set by the applicator's job. Send your details through the quote form and our team will reply within 24 hours.
Tell us about your project. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
Thank you. Our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
