A memory foam system is a two-component polyurethane system that produces viscoelastic foam: a slow-recovery foam that conforms to body contours, spreads body weight evenly and reduces pressure points. JITVISCO is the JiTPOL visco family: viscoelastic foam raw material supplied as a matched pair of components. Component A is a polyol blend with the polyol, catalyst, stabiliser and special additives already in it; component B is a JITIZO isocyanate, a prepolymer based on monomeric MDI. Depending on the formulation, the result ranges from semi-flexible to highly flexible viscoelastic foam, at the elasticity, hardness and density your product calls for.
For bedding, JITVISCO is formulated for full-core memory foam mattresses, topper layers on standard foam and layered comfort systems that combine visco with other foams, as well as for pillow and topper production and for home textiles. In medical products, it goes into hospital mattresses, wheelchair cushions and medical seat cushions, where spreading body weight evenly and reducing pressure points matter. It is also formulated for ergonomic office seating and automotive headrests. Finished products can be vacuum-packed. Where visco is moulded, as with pillows, our own mould release agents are relevant too: we make them in-house, both water-based and solvent-based.
Choosing a system starts with the product, not the chemistry. A pillow, a topper layer and a hospital mattress can call for different elasticity, hardness and density, so we set that target first and then adapt the formulation to it. The adjustment is made in the polyol blend, so your line still runs on two components, and the mix ratio and reaction profile are set for your machine and your product. As a system house, we develop our own formulations and have more than 700 existing ones to start from. For suitable projects, our technical team can visit your line and run production trials with you.
JITVISCO comes as a matched system of two components. Component A is the JiTPOL polyol blend, with the catalyst, stabiliser and special additives already in it; component B is a JITIZO isocyanate, a prepolymer based on monomeric MDI. Instead of buying memory foam chemicals one by one and dosing additives yourself, you receive one matched system, and your line works with two streams. The system is delivered in 200 kg metal drums and shipped from Bursa, Türkiye. We export to more than 30 countries, including Syria, Iraq, the Gulf and Central Asia.

Yes. We make our own mould release agents in-house, both water-based and solvent-based, and they are relevant where visco is moulded, as with pillows. You can ask for the release agent and the system in the same quote request: tell us what your moulds are made of and the release agent you use now.
