JiTPOL took part in the Second Azerbaijan International Investment Forum in Baku in September 2026. Speaking to Azerbaijan's state news agency AZERTAC, JiTPOL representative Saadettin Kahveci said the company came to get to know the Azerbaijani market closely and to build cooperation there.
Kahveci told AZERTAC that the forum helps business develop, helps businesspeople build ties and work together, and helps production and processing companies introduce themselves. He described the forum as organised at a high level, said its presentations gave participants a broad picture of the country and its market, and said he believed it would bring positive results.
Kahveci said JiTPOL plans meetings with SOCAR and with plants in Sumgayit, and that the company is considering opening a representative office in Baku. Noting that Azerbaijan is an oil country, he said he was optimistic about building cooperation there, and that economic reforms had changed the business environment and increased opportunities.
