A change in ownership at this scale is a structural event for the equipment side of the industry, not a routine corporate move.
Brückner Group, the new owner, is best known in film extrusion and packaging machinery; the rationale of the acquisition appears to be broader industrial machinery diversification rather than a tighter PU specialisation.
