JiTPOL Poliüretan Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“JiTPOL”, “we”) values your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and your rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and applicable data protection regulations including GDPR for visitors from the European Union.

2. What we collect

We only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide through the quote-request form, the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) request, or by emailing us directly. This includes:

Full name
Company name
Email address
Phone number (optional)
Country
Project details, product interest, and quantities you describe

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data to anyone. We use Google Analytics for anonymous, aggregated visitor statistics — see section 7.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your quote request, TDS request, or general inquiry
To send you the technical documentation you requested
To follow up on commercial discussions you initiated
To comply with our legal obligations under Turkish commercial and tax law

4. How long we keep it

Inquiry data is retained for as long as the commercial relationship is active and for the legal retention periods required by Turkish law thereafter (typically up to 10 years for accounting records). You may request deletion at any time, subject to those legal retention periods.

5. Who processes it

Quote-request emails are delivered through EmailJS, our email-routing provider. Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics are processed by Google Analytics (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.). Server logs may be processed by our hosting provider. We do not transfer your data to third parties for marketing.

6. Your rights under KVKK (Article 11)

You have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is being processed
Request information about how it is being processed
Learn the purpose and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
Know any third parties to whom data has been transferred
Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
Request deletion or destruction of the data
Object to results arising from automated analysis
Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing

To exercise these rights, write to us at info@jitpol.com.tr with the subject line “KVKK request”. We will respond within 30 days as required by law.

7. Cookies & analytics

The site uses localStorage to remember your language (EN/TR) and theme preference on your own device — that information is not transmitted to us.

The site also uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate visitor behaviour — pages viewed, session duration, approximate location (country/city level), and device type. Google Analytics may set cookies or similar identifiers. This data is processed in anonymised, aggregated form and is not used to personally identify you. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.

8. Changes to this notice

If we update this notice, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page.

Yalnızca teklif formu, Teknik Bilgi Formu (TDS) talebi veya doğrudan e-posta yoluyla gönüllü olarak ilettiğiniz kişisel verileri toplarız. Bunlar:

Reklam takipçileri kullanmıyoruz ve verilerinizi kimseye satmıyoruz. Anonim ve toplulaştırılmış ziyaretçi istatistikleri için Google Analytics kullanıyoruz — bkz. 7. madde.

3. Neden topluyoruz

Teklif talebinize, TDS talebinize veya genel sorunuza yanıt vermek için
Talep ettiğiniz teknik dokümantasyonu göndermek için
Başlattığınız ticari görüşmeleri takip etmek için
Türk ticaret ve vergi mevzuatı kapsamındaki yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek için

4. Saklama süresi

Talep verileri, ticari ilişki devam ettiği sürece ve sonrasında Türk mevzuatının gerektirdiği yasal saklama süreleri boyunca (genellikle muhasebe kayıtları için 10 yıla kadar) saklanır. Bu yasal sürelere tabi olmak kaydıyla istediğiniz zaman silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz.

5. Veriyi kim işler

Teklif e-postaları, e-posta yönlendirme sağlayıcımız olan EmailJS üzerinden iletilir. Anonim ve toplulaştırılmış kullanım istatistikleri Google Analytics (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) tarafından işlenir. Sunucu logları barındırma sağlayıcımız tarafından işlenebilir. Verilerinizi pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflara aktarmıyoruz.

6. KVKK Madde 11 kapsamındaki haklarınız

Şu haklara sahipsiniz:

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
İşlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
Verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme
Silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
Otomatik sistemlerce analiz edilmesi sonucu çıkan sonuçlara itiraz etme
Hukuka aykırı işleme nedeniyle uğradığınız zararın giderilmesini talep etme

Bu haklarınızı kullanmak için “KVKK Talebi” konulu bir e-postayı info@jitpol.com.tr adresine gönderebilirsiniz. Yasanın gerektirdiği şekilde 30 gün içinde yanıt verilecektir.

7. Çerezler ve analitik

Site, dil (TR/EN) ve tema tercihinizi kendi cihazınızda hatırlamak için localStorage kullanır; bu bilgi tarafımıza aktarılmaz.

Site ayrıca, ziyaretçi davranışını toplu olarak anlamak — görüntülenen sayfalar, oturum süresi, yaklaşık konum (ülke/şehir düzeyinde) ve cihaz türü — için Google Analytics 4 kullanır. Google Analytics çerez veya benzeri tanımlayıcılar yerleştirebilir. Bu veriler anonimleştirilmiş ve toplulaştırılmış biçimde işlenir; sizi kişisel olarak tanımlamak için kullanılmaz. Google Analytics Devre Dışı Bırakma Tarayıcı Eklentisi ile veya tarayıcınızda çerezleri engelleyerek bu takipten çıkabilirsiniz. Reklam veya yeniden hedefleme çerezi kullanmıyoruz.

8. Bu metindeki değişiklikler

Bu metni güncellersek yukarıdaki “Son güncelleme” tarihini değiştiririz. Önemli değişiklikler ana sayfada duyurulur.
